Advantage Packs: Support?

    I regularly buy advantage packs. I have to go in every month or so many weeks and cancel and repurchase as they have never renewed. I'd filed support tickets in the past and was told it was a known glitch so that's when I started the cancel/buy fix. I went and cancelled my current pack today and there are no advantage packs listed anymore. Did they end? I just bought one a few weeks ago and I don't see a notice of them disappearing.

    I tried to file a support ticket from the bank/purchasing interface but it wont let me unless I am giving details specifically (like a paypal id or credit card number) and I don't have a specific problem such as one listed in that form. It doesn't allow for an open support form. Please advise.

    Payment Support is only for when a transaction has gone wrong. If you contact the regular Support, they will assist you further. You can use the link from the bottom of your game frame.
