The presents just keep getting better and better!

EDIT.. almost to the end of the event, and I cannot say that I have been disappointed.

Also, as noted below, a big thank you to all the crew who work on this game!

 

Always look forward to the Advent Calendar.
The enjoyment and resources it provides has become an invaluable part of FARMERAMA imho.
The team has out done themselves with this years updated version.
Nice job with supplying numerous calendar access points (reminders) throughout the game.
The Layout, Graphics and Design are wonderful, but they usually are.
The prizes are tops, very generous.
I appreciate the fact you continue to develop this aspect of the game, for us, when up till this year you as a company really gained nothing from the effort and manpower usage.

That being said, Still disappointed with the change, requiring BB payment for missed days.
Perhaps that revenue could have been made up elsewhere in the game.

I have to agree that this year's Advent Calendar is absolutely brilliant. Best ever. I always love it but this year I am loving it more!

 

As a new player, I don't know what half of the gifts are for/how to use them. For example the 'baha' tree should work for me, I believe? I have passed level 2 - but I can't see it anywhere to be able to plant it... Only pegged in my calender... I hope those gifts that I can't use yet will last until I reach that level anyway...

 

your gifts will stay in your barn until you are able to use them. The Baha Seedlings need to be planted on the island. As soon as you have opened that, you will find them in the tree inventory.

 

I like a lot the presents of this calendar and especially all the PF gifts and of course today's gift 2 GB

 

The gifts of this calendar are just awesome!

 

This is my 4th year of advent calendars by BP.....and I have to say....this year is the Absolute Best!!!!!

All the early griping by some early parties should be forgotten because this was a Great Experience from my view and aspect.

Yes Thank you BP i loved the Advent Calendar ..... my 1st year here at christmas so i love everything given thank you again!

 

This Advent Calendar has been the best ever. Thank you developers.

Very good prize - 48 hours 1 extra crop BUT why make the 48 hours start today. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are probably the 2 days we are least likely to play the game.

It certainly is a great prize but it could have been fantastic.

 

Lovely prizes, thankyou. I still think having to pay BB to miss a day is not in spirit, paying for the bonus prize for missing a day seems more acceptable and todays prize was lovely, but it would be nice if we could activate that when we have a chance to use it. I'm about to fill my farm with trees and animals so the prize can't be used.

 

Lots of nice prizes. Really would have liked a few more Golden Bananas as I have many things I would like to open in Baha but that is just me.

Only negative. Who decided that the final gift of a Cloud Row would require FIVE 1x2 decorations? These are the hardest size deco items to come by. Even the least expensive ones available for purchase require 10 BBs each. 50 BBs for a small amount of EP? My row will stay empty for now.

 

Tha advent calendar is always a good thing that people love and the gift are always usefull, but too pay for a gift, it's not a gift, where is the spirit of christmas. It's a time of the year were people are busy and they cn't always log every day. Family and work comme first in life, not game, so why the cost of BB for the gift unopone.

 

Having finished the advent calendar I have this to say:

I loved it! The gifts were wonderful and very much appreciated. I was very lucky in that I was able to log in each and every day and get these gifts for free, however I think it is horrific that those who do not have the same luxury had to pay for their gifts. I don't say this because I love presents, or because I think people are somehow "deserving" of free prizes, but because it's Christmas. Christmas is a time for generosity, thankfulness, happiness, sharing, peace, and love. The spirit of Christmas is a magical thing and I think that making people pay to open their advent calendar window is entirely different from this. Many players have families in other towns, other cities, and even other countries. They must travel for several hours, or even days, to see their family at Christmas - which Christmas is all about. It is not fair that they, who are trying to make the Christmas season magical, should be disadvantaged. Christmas is a busy time, and even if you're not travelling, you may be decorating, shopping, cooking, wrapping etc. and not have time to log in to the game. Why should they be excluded because they have a real life?
