advent calendar vs. winter calendar

    it unfortunate that the big point establishment is moving away from what Christmas means, politically correct nonsense (Winter Calendar in reality is the Advent Calendar, why not call it what it is. I am very sad today

    You do realize that Christmas isn't the only winter holiday on this planet, right? And that not all members of this site celebrate Christmas? Lots of cultures and religions have a midwinter holiday of some sort. Calling it the Winter Calendar is far more inclusive, and this IS a game, so leaving the comparative religion out of it is quite appropriate.

    we are all entitled to our opinion, BUT in past years it has always been "The Advent Calendar" what makes this year 2015 so different from past years? I do realize it isn't the only winter holiday, there are many "Winter Holidays" but this one is CHRISTMAS. So if I may I will wish you a Merry Christmas, if this offends you then I say you are the one who is not inclusive.

    The advent calendar of prior years stopped at Christmas. This "calendar" goes for all 31 days. Totally different items.
