Advent Calender bug? Have to pay even if its not a late collection.

    I want to open the first stocking - its December the 1st and it will only open if I pay to BBs.
    I thought the calender was supposed to be free on the day .. is this a bug? If so has it been reported? If its not fixed on the 1st will I have to pay any way?
    Is this a good start to Xmas?
