who like to repeat being 'logout' irregular by unknown issue?

I am sorry, but there are no problems regarding forced logouts. If that was the case, there would be many more reports from the other Language Communities. If you have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps and the Game does not stay logged in, I can try clearing your server cache, but you will need to post in the Technical Issues section with your ID#.

How could i know if you not lying? what make you definite is Tech issue? are you sure it or just suspect it?

No, unless you can be useful more than just random close my thread as please cause you lack ability to fix it yourself.

 

Mods need Your User ID in order to help.
I have provided mine in the past - there is no need to worry about providing it and they can't help unless you do!!

The Mods are just like the rest of us, they aren't paid and provide their time for free, so please be nice to them....

First I have right to protect my ID to provide or refuse I have my own principle like everyone else do. Unless he/she can prove he/she is Right. or knock it off. in other hand i doubt someone's motive as he/she random deleted my posted and make it like nothing happened.
Second. i ain't paid time for bad game either, none wanna be mean to mod if they work enough decent.

They are not asking for your real life ID. They are asking you for a short chain of numbers that identifies your account in the game so that they can take a look into the issue that you claim you are having. They are volunteers who are not trained in dealing with complex technical issues, and it is not their responsibility to fix technical issues you are having. They are not fixing your issue because they cannot. They are providing you with a straightforward way to get a solution to your problem - that seems useful to me. If you refuse to follow their suggestions and provide your ID to receive technical support, then when your problem remains unresolved it will be because you chose to make it so, not because they refused to provide aid. If you want your problem fixed, do what they tell you to do. Simple. If you continue to refuse to heed their advice, do not expect your issue to be fixed.

If what you are saying really is an issue then it can only be a tech issue. As they say, this is not a widespread issue throughout the game, which means it is probably a technical issue on your end. Speaking to support and providing your ID number can help you figure out what that issue is and how to fix it.

I am into my 7th year of this game. I have vast understanding of Technical Issues. As you are fed up being log out of this Game Irregularly. I have seen lots of Postings of Login In Issues for various reasons..

The of reasons that you get logged out is that you do not have a stable Internet Connection as you might have Broadband or ISP Issues at your End. (Your Internet Connection is Timed Out.

This Game can be played by Smart Phone, Tablet or Laptop/PC. All needs an Stable Internet Connection. It is not Farmerama Fault if you get ISP/Internet Connection Issues.

Mods are here to help any question put to them. They are not Technical People. But they can run certain scripts which needs your Farm ID to see if it is a Script Issue or some thing beyond their control passed onto Technical Support Team !!

Therefore the Mods are unable to help you if you unwilling to help them assist you ..

 

As OP refuses to provide ID# for assistance, no assistance can be given.
