Agonizing

Unity is very awful today. It was working pretty well for me but I don't know if it's related to just time or higher usage but everything is extremely slow today. The gifting seems to have broken and each gift takes like a ton of clicks and every click is agonizingly slow. I'm feeling very sad and not confident about my ability to play in the new year.

I don't really expect a response, just needed to let you know that what was working fine for me seems to be slowing down more and more.

We understand your frustration, but we ask that you keep trying to play the Game as this testing period is very important so that the Game Team can address the issues that arise. Things may be slow as there is probably a lot of traffic at the moment. Have you tried the Standalone Client to see if things run more smoothly for the time being?

Yeah I tried the client, it seems to install but I put in my credentials and click "log in" and nothing happens.

 

A newly updated Standalone client was released today to help with the white pages. Please uninstall the previous version and install the new one to see if that helps. There is a lot of traffic at the moment, but please continue to try. After 4 attempts, I was finally able to get in
