Crazy busy in RL so I only managed to scrape by to finish the robot event ( I missed all drama as well) then I see we have back to back events. I got insanely lucky and got the 100% bonus followed by the +1 crop bonus on the first day the 2nd event started. I'm done with all the event crop and now only need 1400 drops. I have to sort out what I'm doing with the rail event I just have tons of crops but not even looked at the FAQ yet.

 

I have my last crops in the ground and 3 of the drops to fulfill and this one is done.

I admit it feels good to finish an event without stressing over crops or drops. I almost forgot how it feels.

 

Both farms have grown all the crops needed, now just need drops to finish. Crossing fingers that a couple nights of long crops will get 'er done.

 

Just waiting on 150 more drops, and this one's done . Getting drops from all fields definitely made this go much faster than I had expected. Wish the drops for the other event were dropping from all fields as well .

 

Me too Peeps ... waiting for 386 drops to finish and for speed still need 598 drops..still lot of time...no worry

julie1013, you are doing better with drops than I am. I need about 100 more. Still it's been quicker than I expected, like events used to be and NO nail biting.

 

Hmmm... Why are there more ceramic mortars than rails dropping on my mainland fields?
I only need 22 more drops for this event... . I'll get those when I harvest my 3 fields of zucchini in about an hour. Other farm had the CR up and running a few hrs ago. This event went wayyyy quicker than I expected it to, despite the crazy number of drops needed and the milling time. I keep feeling like I missed a step... lol

 

With drops from 6 fields and only 18000 crops (4hrs with water) to grow this was one easy peasy event. The train event is as tough as the robot one.. it has similar # of crops and drops needed and 3 fields to play on. If you made it with the robot dances, you'll make it with the train as well. Just keep your harvests on track.

It is driving me crazy to keep getting more mortars than rails since I'm doing only the Full Speed Ahead event....and am seriously short on drops for that!
Only growing a few crystal flowers on my one tiny field on Baha just for incidentals - soooo I have tons of mortars - and a scarcity of rails!

So basically you're complaining cos the alchemist event has a good drop rate

I've been a bit too busy so I'm comfortably behind in all the events. I think I'll still manage them with without stressing tho. Have to confess, I do like these brainless events, grow, throw, repeat. My brain is on vacation somewhere nice (got a postcard, not sure if it wanted to return) so fits perfect just now.

 

I don't think the complaint is the high drop rate for this event, think it is more the low drop rate for the other event in comparison. Especially since the other event's crops are longer.

I got lucky and won the +100% harvester for 24 hours so now I should finish this event tomorrow - only waiting for drops after the next harvest.

The other event is another story though I won't be worrying about crops now. Maybe I will have time to do one or even two longer crop harvesters but it will be a tight finish ... if I finish that is!

 

We need more drops for this event compared to the train

Almost double the requirement for this event. I will finish crops next harvest but 2nd farm still waiting on drops. I did not dismantle Crystal Falls.

 

Yes the drop rate for this event was great... I finished yesterday and will have prolly at least 1000 drops left over I'm sure when it's over, lol. So no complaints there, BUT... it's ridiculous that even tho drops for this event are coming from all 6 fields I'm getting 22 ceramic mortars per field avg, but only 10-11 avg rails from the blooming hardwoods on only 3 fields. Even when I plant long crops on the mainland fields I am STILL getting waaaay more ceramic mortars vs rails. Point blank, the drop ratio is too far out of balance. And lol, I'm not the only one complaining

 

Finished!! Congrats to all who have finished or done what they wanted to!! Plenty of time left

 

Finished this and also got another lucky spin of the wheel to help with crops for Full Speed! Plus 200% harvest for 24 hours!

I miss counted my crops. Growing one last batch to finish. I am still not sure how I goofed, but since my RL is still a great googely mess, I'm pretty sure that contributed to my faulty math.
