Alchemist Re Vamped

As I understand That All Gnomes Gardens will Disappear From Alchemist. Then All Standard Products(Semi Products) will Become Final Product is This Correct.

This Also Means New Final Product will Give this Effects or Benefit as a Gnome Garden would normal Give

For Example Standard Product "Writing" would gives effects as Penman Gnome would normal Gives. Is This Correct New Format for All Five Levels of Alchemist ?

That is correct, the gnome gardens will disappear, and the semi products will become final crafting products that can be eaten and their buff will be active in the silver buff slots (unless they give alchemist points, case in which they are not giving a buff and don't need a slot).

The full list of products and effects can be found in the FAQ, in this post, but yes, that is correct - these products took over the effects they had before after being combined with basic gnomes, so your example is correct. As explained in both official announcement and the FAQ, that is correct, and this is how the Alchemist will work from now on, just like the other trades.
