    The Alchemist can only be unlocked once:
    Are you level 70? Do you have enough stars?

    Can we assist you further?

    yes i have s am at level 73 and i have 154 stars

    It is very difficult to assist you if we don't know what the exact problem is -.- Is the Alchemist Rune unlocking? Are you taken to the Alchemist FSQ when you click on the Alchemist building.
