I can't tell if this is a trickbut how could you know if this is not a error or a implausible coincidence, today i discover my friend lists is empty how come?! i done nothing wrong, how can i do to get them back? people please help. thanks

I do clearing browser time to time, it's not about display issue, i'm sure they are complete cease bye a trick. i halt the daily gift as my friends leave as i notice there are none around reliability. what is account checked? what that work for? can you explain it, im kind of confuse what ID i should offer to help myself.

If you would permit me, I'd like to help a little. What the administrator is trying to say is that unless you provide them with your ID Number, they can't possibly get to look inside your account. I know sometimes it can be very frustrating when something suddenly disappears, but if they're to assist you, you must give your number. Each farm has a User Name, but also an ID number.
Look at the frame of the farm window. On the bottom, there is your Name & ID.
It'll look like this:
User: FarmerGirl ID:12345678

You can copy/paste it in your next post & then one of the Technical assistants will be able to take a look & see what the problem is.

What informs the TA cant get when they can't go see through userID? i mean what informa a ID can offer? that what i curiously
