Almost 1 hr to log in, is that normal?

i thought u have solved the slow game problem, but it occurs again it seems. n it's been happening since these last couple days/weeks. i don't know if u're aware of it, since there's no announcement regarding this matter.
i have cleared the browser n flash cache, n it became my daily routine, still the game is lagging every time i move from one field to another. n when i tried to refresh the page it went back all over again with the lagging n forever loading..

If you are clearing the cache's every day, it may take some time for the Game to load each time. Have you also checked to see if you have the latest version of Flash player installed?

yes, the flash player is the latest version. i might not be a computer genius, but i know "some time" is not "forever"..

oh, i forgot to mention before (i don't know if it makes any different), i can not even open the game in firefox lately. i'm using google chrome now, n when i'm stuck i move to other chrome-base browser (playfree) n it's better but not as fast as before. one thing i notice that this problem mostly happens whenever there's an event or some events running together. so i was thinking may be it's too crowded. then i go at a wee hour, n it's fine.

i guess i just need a bigger heart to be patient.

Thank you for these details. If the game is not loading at all for you in Mozilla Firefox anymore, something 'worse' is going on for sure, something must have broken, so would you mind trying to troubleshoot this further? Could you please let us know what Flash version do you have installed, and what Firefox version are you currently using? Do you have Flash enabled in browser ? What happens when you try to login through this browser?

aahh, it's working now..
oh, hi teddy.. i'm sorry, i think i don't understand what language you spoke in..
but after some tweaks n clicks, finally i can find that my flash is 22,0,0,209 and firefox is 47.0 (i don't know if it's the version but they said "Congrats! You’re using the latest version of Firefox")

ehm.. n what happens when i try to login.. the background coming out, but the center screen is white, after sometime.. that poor two little guys with the barrow shows up n going on 55% for about 10mins, then the news updates comes out n white screen become grey, stay like that for 5mins.. then voila.. finally.. phewww..

mmhmm.. there's a "refresh firefox' button there in the web page.. do u think i should click it? i guess i'll give it a try later after i harvest.

so i guess it's alright then?? u can close the thread.

can relate... ... ...sometimes, just lately. Not as long a wait, about 20 minutes. Using Google Chrome (always have) Will be watching this thread to see what help comes out.

 

I suspect, based on the number of views, that there are several of us experiencing the same issue. I too, have been having this problem for several days. When I finally do get logged in, I can only do a couple of screens on my farm before it "freezes" up. I have cleared my cache, confirmed latest version of adobe, etc. I have always used Google Chrome too.

Last month i had the same problems ( hard to log in, game would freeze ) so I tried removing the latest Flash-update and that helped.
A couple of days ago i updated the computer including Flash ( proberbly the same update as before ) and now I have the same problems.

So to you who are having problems, as an experiment, try to remove the latest Flash-update and see if that helps?
I haven't removed it this time but I might, before I break the computer.
I'm using Explorer 11.
