    I can confirm that you are level 33, but the quest still thinks you are 32 which is why you can't complete that step and collect the rewards. I also cleared your server cache hoping that would solve the problem, but as it hasn't, I have forwarded the issue to the Game Team for further assistance.

    I will update you when I have more information.
