Also having loading problems

Hi
I am in the game now and managed to get in last night but am also having loading problems. I live in Africa.
Standalone client opens but then just disappears. Or I get to sign in, it looks like it will work, but then closes again.
I have to try 4 or 5 times to get in.

We are sorry to hear for your difficulties. Have you tried with browser version of the game?

For the issues with Standalone Client also uninstalling it, restarting computer and then reinstalling the client again, might solve the issue.

In addition to that I've cleared your server cache to see, if it will help to solve the issue with Standalone Client.

Thank you. I can't log in at all with the standalone client - cache is cleared. i will try to uninstall and reinstall.
I have now managed to log in using Chrome on a laptop.
It works fine on my cellphone but obviously I don't want to play on my phone.

I was having the identical issue. I tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling. Did NOT solve the issue.

I told my husband what was happening. He had to go into the registry on my computer and remove all vestigial traces of the client. Then shut down. Then upon restarting, clean install of the client. I have had no issues since then.
