Also - mini game not shooting ball

Would you please clear my caches from the Server for these two farms also? I'm having the same problems as Happycallie.

I have cleared the server cache for both farms. Please restart your browser and try logging in again. Did this help with the issues?

I was off the farm for a while, and have now logged in and played a few games. It does seem a little better, but it still does not shoot some of the time and after having to re-click a time or two, it (of course) runs out of time and the target disappears. There is still a bit of a lag in movement, too. I did, however, get a little better scores.

Do you know if anyone else is still having this problem?

 

You may find there is still a tiny amount of lag with the Game, but if you do not try clicking too fast, you may find the balls shoots better.
Refreshing after a couple of games may also help.

I just went back and played - or tried to - again. THIS is what happened....

I waited for the gold heart, and when it appeared I shot directly at it. NOTHING happened. No ball...nothing. Rapidly repeated as I was still on target. Nothing again!! Naturally, she then disappeared. So I waited for her to return at least once more....and waited....and w-a-i-t-e-d....and......SHE NEVER returned!!! Curtain c-l-o-s-e-d!! SCORE: 0!! ...And, No - I did Not get 18 points!! I got 0.
Shot twice; NO balls spent; curtain closed!! Where are the 10 balls I grew all those crops for, and milled into, and was supposed to be able to use????
Curtain closing should be linked to ten balls shot!!

I am really getting now, too, as I just read the feedback thread...and found that this is a widespread, ongoing problem.
When are they going to FIX it?? And are they going to make it up to us (big time!) for all our time, disappointments, and efforts spent??

Of course this is not directed at you, Shooger! But I think we all need some answers about now....it has been days...

 

Did you allow Adobe Flash to allow enough storage? Too little space and the game may not run smoothly. Please contact Support to see if they can assist with the last Game as this should not have happened. Regarding the recent server issues, a statement was announced here. The Game is running much better than previously, so you may need to check your settings. Can you also try a different browser to see if the same issue happens.

These are not just my issues, they are game issues. Many players have posted the very same issues as I have here, with the partial exception of the game I described above. I have not found the game to be running any better - in fact, by the above example, it seems to be as bad , or worse.

As for the storage issue, I gave them what they asked for, when it was specified, and not unlimited. So it should be o.k..
Everything else seems to be running fine.

I cannot do more tonight as it is late, and I've been up since 6 a.m., I am too tired to contact Support, haven't had dinner yet, and may have to forego it for tonight.

Meanwhile, let's hope we get a game fix soon.

Sorry I can be of no more help with this matter. We can only wait for Monday and report the issues to the Game Team again.
