Another one has been blocked for 7 hours

    I am logged in now, bringing it to your attention that the 15 min wait advice was inaccurate.
    I have been blocked for good 7 hours (since around 2:00 EST), and it did not matter whether I waited between log ins 15 min, or 30 min, or a full hour, or more. Also it did not matter whether I cleared cache and cookies or not, or a different device or browser I was trying to use.
    Also it was blocked for my daughter's log in (she does not play nowadays, but just tried to log in to see if the issue is localized to me alone or not.)
