    Do you have a premium subscription? A Daily free spin is only awarded if you have a Premium subscription. If you have no premium, Fuzzles rewards some Free Spins in the daily prizes.

    I had stacked premium subscription under the old package.I contacted support and was told that all of that was converted to the new package. I do not believe this has really happened as i believe even my water towers are not being refilled themselves. I have all my transaction email receipts . I can make copies of those available. I am quite unhappy right now and feel cheated.

    You do not have a current premium package running. Your last Premium subscription ended on the 22nd Dec 2016. If you converted the old Premium to the new premium, as was announced:
