Are you still working on this?

Like most players, my patience is running extremely thin with how dysfunctional Unity is. Yet again, it has taken me so long to get into the game and the game is responding so mind-numbingly slowly that I have lost the last few minutes of my harvest helper coupon - the only way I can actually get my farm harvested - when I should have had plenty of time left on it to get my major daily harvest done.

What I would like to know is if the Game Developers are even continuing to work on improving the quality of the game play? Are they trying to make the game run faster?

I know you will tell me to just post in the feedback thread but the issue here is, I have. Repeatedly. As have so many other players. It appears to be falling on deaf ears.

I guess what I'm looking for is some reassurance that they're actually still making the effort to make this game playable, and not that this is the final product we can expect to be left with indefinitely. Because if the latter is in fact true...it almost doesn't bear thinking about.

A fix was run last night that should have fixed the slow loading/constant refreshing issues. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies also? Have you tried using the Standalone Client to see if that runs smoother?

The Game Team are working hard, everyday to improve gameplay and repair known issues. We are in constant communication with the Game Team to report issues raised by the players, so your complaints are not going unheard.

I cannot use the standalone client because I have a Mac and the developers decided we weren't worth having a working alternative.
