    I unlocked through Renzo the ability to open a new trade. I purchased the artisan craft prize for 1250 chips and followed the FAQ instructions to the artisan village where I attempted to open a trade (confectionery). However when I click on it, it still expects me to pay RL money.

    Please don't tell me I just worked for those 1250 chips for nothing. They were supposed to open the confectionery, I paid them, I paid for the right prize and I can't do what I'm supposed to be able to do. Have I made a mistake? Why can't I open the confectionery?

    Ah, thank you. I had refreshed the actual page a number of times to no avail, but I guess that wasn't proper refreshing. All good, thank you. And sorry for the mild (or perhaps extreme) hysteria above. Thanks so much for your help, it's fixed now.
