Artisan Village glitch?

I opened up the Baha Spa today, completed the spa trainee FSQ and made a few red punches. I wanted a few extra basic punch on hand so I programmed 3 in. I did a couple of other things and then I programmed my confectionery to make yellow pear jam and signed out.

When I signed back in a bit later I got the notice that the yellow pear jam was complete. When I opened my pantry I noticed that I had no artisan products for Baha. Not just the red punch I had made earlier but also items I had won from the farmwheel were missing. So I went to the village and now I didn't have a spa.

I checked the magic tree and it showed it unlocked and also the Spa trainee showed up in my finished quests as well. I did clear my cache and history and then rebooted. This seemed to fix the issue of the missing items.

Is this a known glitch that you can not run production in two different artisan workshops at once?

You can run production in different Artisan buildings at the same time. As clearing your cache fixed the problem, it sounds like it was a display issue. It may also help to clear the Flash cache as well.

Is there a way to clear the Flash Cache on MAC? The instructions are for PC only.

 

For a Mac:
Close your web browser. Click on the Apple logo in the upper right corner and click on "System preferences".
Click on the "Flash player" icon.
