artist event problems

    I'm posting for my other account ID 51127835. I used the automatic harvester to plant the dog hedges on the main field, but just got the loading flower. I reloaded the game, but still no plants. I tried planting manually, and it looked like that was going to work, but then the plants disappeared and the game told me that I was out of product. I reloaded again and now I have no event plants planted and no seeds left to plant. Please help. Thank you.

    You can go around that problem with logging through a web broswer, I had to do so to see the 10 new MM seeds pop up. Now my standalone client downloaded a new version and things seem right, give it another try.

    Thanks for the suggestion, but I still don't have any event plants. The system took them when I "planted", didn't plant them, and now I guess I have to wait 5 hours to get more to try again? So I lost the 10 plants plus the time.

    I am sorry for your experience with planting the event plant. Normally you would have to wait for the system to book them again, but you can contact Support and see if they can do anything to help.
