Auto harvest

I used auto harvest for this first time today and what I did was the following:

Eat buffs/activate cloud rows
Visit each field/park to activate pets
went to the city and turned on auto harvest
went to main field where some trees are

The main field trees did harvest and I harvested the crops there as well. However, when I harvested my crops, Baha's rainforest was superimposed over the field and showed the collection of Baha EP and I could see the rainforest trees on my main field. I went to the green meadow and went back to the main field, the main crops had not been harvested so I harvested them again. As I made my rounds, the rainforest is my last stop on the farm and discovered that it indeed had already been harvested as a glitch. The trees are now off the time they should be. I don't know why they don't match the same time as the mainland trees or even the trees on Baha's first field.

Is there any way to adjust the trees to their appropriate time?

Unfortunately we are unable to undo this action, I am really sorry. I hope you were indeed intending to harvest this field as well and it wasn't a too big inconvenience .

As for the tree times being 'off' - I apologise if this is not the case, but if they are not at full cycle ( 12, 18, 20 hours ) it's because that's how the autoharvester works. If you have an XXL tree which is ready for harvest in 12 hours, and you visit the field after 23 hours, you will 'auto-harvest' it once, and in 1 hour it is ready for harvesting again.

Hi teddy. Sorry for the delay in responding but just getting home. When I said the trees were 'off' I meant that the 20 hour trees on the main farm and Baha island had approx 15 hours to go while on the Rainforest were set for 20 hours which should not be correct. The 12 hours trees also had a similar discrepancy.

The trees should have the same cycle of time (all 12 hour and all 20 hour) as they were placed together.

Since there is nothing you can do to fix it issue, I have nothing further, thank you.

No rush, we're not going anywhere I understand now - I have checked this with my autoharvester, but I have found all the trees at just a few minutes apart, as it took a while to place them all, so I cannot explain why your countdown times are apart. It would be great if you could contact Support to see if this can be adjusted for you without putting you through the trouble of removing all the trees and then placing them again.
