Auto harvester won't harvest

    The auto harvester has successfully harvested today but now it will not harvest trees that are ready on Baha's main island. I have cleaned cache, refreshed, logged out and back in again, unchecked the auto harvester, checked it again, visited fields to give it time to 'think' and still it will not harvest. I'm going to have to manually harvest them to get the fruit and drops while my buffs are still active.

    Thank you for cleaning the cache on your side, but sad to report that it did not help. I have trees in the Rainforest (XXL Tamarind) that will not harvest. It must be contained only to Baha as my cork trees on the main farm harvested nicely. I have waited just in case there was a delay, changed fields, refreshed....done everything but stand on my head (will have to try that next:p).

    Any idea why this is happening? Is it the pirate pet? Still the vial of growth?

    I usually report that the harvester harvests when I don't want it to so this is new for me with it not harvesting when I do want it to.

    Standing by for more suggestions...

    As announced, it is a problem when using the buffs :oops: Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

    The pirate parrot is not reducing the time on the tropical trees. My trees are staying the same duration. I will watch for the updated Announcement and hope that the resolution to the problems with the buffs and auto harvester will also fix applying the buff correctly.

    If they are not tied together, then yes, I still need help. If that pesky pirate is making trouble all over the island with a planned fix, then nothing further at this time.:)

    Yes, the Pirate Parrot and Vial of Growth are indeed the cause of the unharvested trees -.- If you let them sit, they will be automatically harvested......eventually :p The Game Team is aware and as soon as a fix is found, we will update.
