Auto tree harvest

    Hello
    Do you know if there is something wrong with this feature? I have premium, yet my trees are not auto harvesting...yes I am in the game playing

    Hello elimeno,

    Have you placed a tick next to the "Activate auto tree harvest" in the Premium Villa in the City? You can turn this feature on/off as desired.

    Can I assist you further?

    havent change anything. I have had it for yrs and it auto bills every month...I tried to click on get premium in case something changed but it wouldnt go through which means I still have premium.

    Also...its not giving me the options to change anything

    It is possible the settings have been reset at some point. Can you confirm if a tick is placed in the box described below?

    that is not even there anymore...like i said it auto bills...so when I go to purchase premium it wont let me bc I have it already

    Your Premium Subscription ran out on:

    2019-03-24 19:00:06-premium end

    As it has not renewed, there may be a problem with the renewable payment method you chose. You will need to purchase a new subscription by clicking on the "Get Premium" tab:

    Please refresh your Farm and if the option is still missing when accessing the Premium Villa, you will need to contact Payment Support through the Bank.

    You have been great. Yes the problem persist. I had an "old" premium which kept renewing but it still wont let me renew...so I did put in a ticket
