    Sorry if I step on "maintenance's (staff) toes", but at least according to my knowledge when I wondered about it myself, the situation is that:

    you can't get it anywhere right now, it was already a prize in a past event...

    (I don't remember the name of which, the event took place less than a year ago, a wild guess that it's probably Halloween since it's about the animal enclosure in the area of the full moon night... )
