Which carving should I activate in tree of wisdom to get 7 puppies in the baby boom event. The link you provided in the mini event does not open.I can get a maximum of 6 broods on the baby boom.

 

The rune is called "Baby Boom" and is on the left branch of the Tree of Wisdom (the branch above the bees' nest). There you'll find 3 runs for breeding: 1 rune gives you breeding kits, 1 run to reduce breeding from 6h t 5h and the fartest on the branch is the Baby Boom rune.

 

I can't get 7 puppies even though the baby boom rune is active. What other rune should I activate?

 

It is just a chance to get more animals from breeding. When you have rune open, you can get 6 basic animals and one breeded one or 3 breeded ones or some mixture like two basic animals and two breeded ones. You won't get those extras every time.

As explained, breeding will give mixed results, you will get different amounts and skips with each breeding process.
