Baha Issues

I have been having these issues for some time now.
Often temple is all grayed out as if I haven't unlocked anything and won't let me put trees on my field or animal pens. Also, the market will not have any of the unlocked Baha crops etc available for sale.
I have tried clearing cache and flash player multiple times.

The only thing that helps is logging out and logging back in. Sometimes this works with one try, other times, multiple tries are needed, but it works eventually.

If it helps, I log in through a third party server.

The developers are checking your account, and it will hopefully help them find a permanent solution and prevent this from occurring again. I will update you as soon as I have any news. ​

Also, if it helps them, the browser I use to play Farmerama is firefox and I typically use a Mac.

 

You're most welcome Tinni, and I am sorry for this inconvenience. I appreciate the additional info but this happens to a wide range of players and it's not on user's side, but server side, or a combination of both, since it gets back to normal shortly. We should have an update and announcement about this tomorrow. In the mean time all I can do is advise you to relog into the game and clear your cache if it happens again.
