    Are the % {percent} buffs stackable?
    In other words, if I wanted to buy the Giant & Large baskets, will the EP buffs work together?

    Also, can they be combined with Bonus buffs found in my Pantry?

    Yes, the bonuses can also be combined with other EP/TEP buffs and yes, they do stack.
