Baha Temple

When I go to the temple, it appears that I am back at chamber one needing to open sugarcane. I have had the same problem as others in that often, on all farms, and on 3 different browsers, I cannot access crops/trees/animals in the shop, temple or market. So far, I have followed all the typical steps (it is now a routine before I even post) of clearing everything, refreshing, rebooting, log out/back in...Nothing is working. What else do I do?

I am trying to open a new vegetable crop and not able to do so.

Edit: After a couple of hours and trying, trying, trying again, I can finally access bell peppers. You may close as the situation has temporarily resolved itself.

Please note that this problem continues on all farms and all browsers. Multiple times a day I have to refresh, log out and back in and sometimes just give up seeing Baha items in the market. I know the game team is aware of the issue but is there any word on when it will be resolved?

 

not a mod, but they know about this problem, it keeps happening to all of us. The only advice I have been given is to keep refreshing.

It seems to be worse during events. It seems to be fixed, then it happens again.

Ok teddy. Thanks for the info. I am very sorry to hear that there is no update as it is an ongoing problem. It is frustrating, but I understand there is nothing to be done at this time. It is the very reason I hesitated to post in the first place but thought there may be more going on because logging out and back in usually takes care of it and this time it was several hours of trying.

I am sorry I do not have better news for you, puppiesnponies. I will leave the thread open though and ask the game team for an update early tomorrow. I know it is frustrating now having a proper solution for this - it should not even happen in the first place . The reports seemed to stop for a little bit but they are back and they are frequent ...

I will update you as soon as possible tomorrow.

Update:

It seems to happen very very very rarely, so hopefully this was the last incident of this kind. If it happens again, and it is not in the middle of the CET night, it would be great if you could let us know, and not take any troubleshooting steps. I do realize this is a big inconvenience, but it could be helpful for the team to hopefully figure out what is going on.​

It is not a rare occurrence for me at all. It is happening on both BillyWhiskers and puppiesnponies.

It is happening again right now.

Baha temple - back at chamber 1 with nothing showing as opened

Market - No Baha crops, animals or products are visible but interestingly enough I can see tropical trees

Baha shop - can buy crops, trees and animals

Inventory - cannot place island trees (yellow circle thru them) but can place rare trees, Cannot place animal stalls either

I will not do any troubleshooting right now so you can look at the accounts as I have the farms planted for now.

Teddy - I am sorry I have refreshed without thinking as the game froze and now Baha is back to normal. I hope this hasn't messed up the investigation.

 

It's ok, it has been confirmed and taken into internal investigation before that. I will add a note to your case, and if it happens again, can you please let us know? I'll keep updating your report

 

I'll keep you posted. Pnp is ok after the refresh but BW remains unable to put out trees or animals on the field, all categories are missing from the market and still temple shows I have to start over. Looking forward to a resolution from team.

It is early morning and I just logged in. Browser has been cleaned and so has cache. The problems on Baha remain: can only plant crops or rare trees (no regular trees) and cannot put out any animal stalls. The temple has put me back to Chamber 1. Only Baha items I can see in the market are rare trees - no crops, no trees, no products and no animals.

It is the same on pnp too.

I am trying to be patient while the team sorts this out but it is really beginning to interfere with farming plans. I am not angry but I am a little frustrated.

Teddy, have you run out of magic dust? I'll see if I can shake my magic trees a little harder and see if the dust will fall.

teddy - I am sorry...I did not mean to sound cranky. I certainly did not mean for you to have 2 frowns this morning.

As I have already planted crops, I am not waiting to put out animals/trees. I have activated CAC so I am not going to put them out until (hopefully) this evening. That gives you 10-12 hours before I will be trying again. Does that help?

 

Could you please be so kind and check your accounts again? Everything should be available on Baha now.

 

I have logged out and back in and now it all appears to fine on both farms.

He He... I'm glad its working for you puppies... I can't place parrot stalls and the temple is all dark but I can plant. I have always been able to plant.
The only way I was able to place my banana trees was when I won the auto seeder. Nothing else seemed to work.
My main issue is the temple not working. Rebooting never fixed this problem for me. It works or not works because you guys fix it. Nothing I can do seems to make any difference.
If you would like I will continue to post everytime the temple doesn't work and when it does work. It just seems like a very buggy part of the program to me.

 

A global cache clearing on the server side seems to have sorted it for you. The best thing to do at the moment will be to create a thread especially for these cases, and clear your online stored data individually until the problem is sorted.
