    Hi,

    I am currently play from Canada, but opened my account in Bangladesh. My ID is 49436667. I cannot open the bakery (by paying money). When I click on bakery icon, it takes me to shop but my cart becomes empty. Could you please help me in this matter?

    Unfortunately we will not be able to help you with this matter on the Forum. If your account was opened in a different country than the one you are staying in, you will not be able to make any purchases on it, I am sorry. If you are in Canada for the holidays, I'm afraid you will need to wait until you return to Bangladesh. If you have moved to Canada and this is your new location, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team and they will be able to reset the currency for you, so please get in touch with them to discuss this matter.
