Bank and game issues

I do believe there is a severe issue with the bank and the game. My premium bank pack didnt automatically renew like it does every month, when I tried to go ahead and purchase it again, it gave me an error. I contacted support, they said it was because of system issues. Thats fine, however I cant reply to anyone at support to get more info, like when will it be fixed??? I can not purchase the worm pack, it shows the event has started but I havent received my starter seeds. My water and manure amounts are all weird, on some fields they will show the correct amounts, on others they wont add in my recent stall cleaning. I have no idea what my actual manure amount is so to avoid losing them when they did finally update I went into the market to sell some, it did let me do that. Please fix these issues, I wanna start the event but cant yet, I will never be able to finish!

Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies and also clear the Flash cache. This should help solve your display errors.
After clearing your caches are you able to use the bank or it is still showing errors?
The Pirate King's Event has not started, so there will be no starter seeds. The Event starts at 14:00 CEST (UTC+2).

gloheneri, I had the same problem with my premium pkg and contacted support. They said it would take 24 hrs but a little later in the day I had a pop up verifying that it did go through. From the sounds of it there seems to be a glitch some where. Good luck
