    i dont know if you can help but please just try to do something,i try to purchase the monthly helpers and was all the times denied and asked to try later. sometimes would say an error happen....well i send a report to support and i was told my credit card denied the payment....they said sometimes happen when is internacional.transactions,for me to call the credit card company to fix it...welll i would do that if i was 100 % sure was the problem,but it is not ,because i use the card in others farms and had no problem and even i just use the card to purchase a few bb only to test the card on this farm and i had no problem,the funny thing is the card will work on that bar to purchase bb but will not work on the specials purchases
