Banking.

Why has the easier way of buying BB's that's still shown on your 'The Bank' FAQ changed? Now you've gotta use a different site to enter much more details about your online banking (plus you're missing some major UK banks that you can opt from!) why not just keep it as its always been? As I a long time game player cannot buy BB's no more with a valid card with lot of £ in it because you now have to go through a different link & fill out so much more that's not really needed, I'm just curious as a soon to be ex player as I'm not picking & planting by hand? Thank You
And don't forget to update your own 'The Bank' page as it's no longer anything like that, At all! You're missing 'Trustly' the redirection to another site entirely!? A completely different page and the fact they want an awful lot of information for buying a few BB's, What was wrong with card numbers & choice of card you're using? Now you have to use your entire online banking numbers etc just to get past the first page!?!?
And you're the very first site I've seen do anything like this, Online banking details (a persons own online banking details that is) have never been asked for before by any site and I really really really can't see this catching on, Sites just want a valid bank account 16-Digit number with matching Name, Sort Code & Account number and that's it, Even being a recent victim of fraud on my old card (hence the changing or attempt to update my details) Even I'm not giving out my entire online banking details!

I've tried support & they only seem to assist if I've had a problem with a purchase, You have to go through a whole different pop up page now with your online banking details and that's just page 1, I had to cancel my old card as it was hacked obviously not on this site & when putting my new details back on to the site I was hacked on just a message appears on how I should change my e-mail for security reasons & peace of mind (sorry for the minutiae) but cancelling the card that was kept on here using your old banking ways (as described still on The Bank FAQ) obviously took away my auto purchase on here, And again The Harvest Sale's on Tomorrow & I always by BB's to use that, Two Events are running and I've got Super Grow, Etc And when my Coupons run out I will not plant/Pick by hand, I've played this since 2013 maybe 2014 and now I have to leave because I won't give out on a pop up page my personal online banking details, Shame!
I'll try Support again but I doubt much will come of it, Thanks for getting back to me anyways also this new way of purchasing BB's via a pop up will stop newer users using their bank card & eventually playing, You'll get the odd naive person still, I'm just saying as It's never been done anywhere else before & it won't catch on, It's too much hassle and way too intrusive! Regards.

Support is no help at all! So I went to log in and filled out step one then step two they want your security code! Your bank customer number, A personal number, Letters from your personal password, Your D.O.B, Your 16-Digit Card numbers partial numbers although you've already given your full 16-Digit card number, Sort code (again) & account number (again), Oh if you're pop ups are Blocked you've got to Allow them, Also your cards Valid/Expiration dates too, Pretty much everything personal & that's for you to know only all on a pop up site! It is absolutely awful, Way too much information is required, Very intrusive and I'm gobsmacked! (i'm surprised they didn't want to know how much was in my wallet too, seriously!) I've never seen the likes of it and that includes signing in to my actual bank account! They don't require that much information never mind a pop up to buy a few BB's for a browser game! You'll lose a lot of custom because of this change, Also just an idea update your 'Banking FAQ's' as it's nothing like that at all anymore! I guess that's GAME OVER for me!
