    Can someone check whether my subscription is still in effect?

    I had signed up in November but was told that that subscription didn't take, having expired in the same month.

    So, I signed up again in December. I’m wondering if this last one took effect correctly, and if I can expect any BB soon (sometime in January).

    Hello max_808 :)

    You can check if your subscription is active in the Bank, the "Status & Cancellation" section (green button in the upper right area of the bank, after selecting BB purchases for example). Here you will see all your active subscriptions. If it's listed as "Active / Cancel" (with a link on "Cancel"), it means that the subscription is active.

    All I can confirm is that you have bought the 3 months BB advantage pack on the 14th, so it should be renewed on the 14th of January, at 6:48 am CET.
