BARNYARD BILLS PACKAGES

Greetings, I have purchased a package of 750 BB now and there was a note on the package (+ 20%) but I received only 750 BB, and that happened in previous purchases as will, so please I need a clarification if this +20% is not valid anymore or there was a technical problem, if so how can I get the 150 BB bonus on the package?

Different locations have different payment methods. The + 20% does not apply to all payment methods. This can be checked when you go to checkout. If this is not the case, you will have to contact the Payment Support through the Bank for further assistance as we cannot help with financial support.

I think there's a simple misinterpretation of the '+20%" sign.....It only tells the purchaser that there is a price advantage of 20% compared to the smallest unit purchasable....the only point where you actually get +10% is in case you register your credit card as a regular payment method. In that case you receive for example 330BB when purchasing a 300BB package.

Thank you shooger sweet for answering, and thank you Michael1877, may be you are right but not accurate, the thing is I used to buy the 750 BB package with my credit card and I always get 150 BB extra, now I use Cash U cards because My credit card was expired and the new card got returned by mail 2 times for some issue with the mail box since it is my company mailbox, the thing I noticed while I was doing the purchase, I did it 4 or five times using cash U is that after the transaction I get a message says congratulations transaction successful, if so I got the 150 extra BB, but instead, I get an error message says data lost, so I got the 750 BB only, that happened the last 2 times, that's my observation and may be I am wrong but just needed some one to try to explain the system, I would still buy the package even if there is no extra BB or 20% off, just I like to know, that's all, so if any one have anything to add, or case closed.

That is the reason, I tried to explain....the credit card bonus applies, as the name says, to the credit card payment, if you had 20% then you are lucky.....I only receive 10%. This Bonus doesn't apply to any other payment form unless it is stated when you confirm payment.
That is the reason why I switched from PayPal to Credit Card, only to receive the 10%. But as stated above, on the BB package page the displayed percentage is only to show the savings, or advantage, in comparison to the smallest package you can purchase.
