    Hi guys, I have just purchased the 750 BB package and am supposed to get an additional 125 BBs with that purchase, however, these have not been credited to my account. Before the purchase I had only 3 BBs, I now have 753.
    Can someone please add the additional 125 to my account. My ID is 55679213. Thank you :)

    Hello carmen0822 :)

    I can confirm you purchased 750 BB, but beyond that I cannot assist with payment issues. I'm not sure how you would get an additional 125 BB with the purchase as you would normally receive 10% more if you used a stored payment method like a credit card. That would only be 75 BB vs. 125.

    Please contact Support for further assistance.
