Basic Jelly, Pumkin Jam

I see the screenshot CaliChrome posted frequently when I make basic jelly or pumpkin jam.

I make the item and then it says that there are 0 in inventory. Sometimes the items appear later... it seemed like sometimes they aren't there later... I will keep track and try to screenshot it when I can, since other people are having the same problem with the crafting process.

I'm just posting this so you know it's not isolated to her or the bakery.

I have tried a couple times and can not reproduce this bug.


Please close the thread and if I can reproduce it I will open a new thread.

Apologies to Calichrome since my jam eating golum tired of all the jam and escaped to her bakery. I hope it will get full soon and stop eating her stuff

I think I've figured out how to reproduce the bug
Tuesday, I think, I was trying to make several basic dough, a traditional chutney , possibly a flower pot or 2 or a valentines pot or 2, and either punch or red punch at the same time. I got a notice that one of them had finished and lost the traditional chutney entirely.
unfortunutly as usual I wasn't really paying attention... and wasn't absolutely positively sure... but I think that's what happened. Usually when I 'lose' an item while I'm crafting, if I log out and back in it shows up again but Tuesday's chutney never showed back up.
I made a traditional chutney Wendsday no problem and haven't had any problems when I don't try to use more than one village craft at once.

At 30 sugar per try I don't think I'll be trying to reproduce this bug again but I thought I'd let you know if you wanna try it on your farms besides it's fun to run a bunch of crafts at once... just make sure when you try to make more then one of most of them at once if you wanna try to break the game... oops I mean reproduce the bug... oops I mean... duplicate what most people do when they craft? Idk, it's confusing to me because I would think most higher level players would do this all the time and the game doesn't break on them. Idk. All I know is I don't have enough sugar to spend it like this.
I'm sorry I'm so bad at keeping accurate accounts!!! I thought the gremlin had moved on
but I did want to give you an update. If you see that gremlin ask him if he'll give me back my chutney if he didn't eat it already

Happens to me on a regular basis. I just assumed it is a regular occurrence since I haven't seen anyone complaining. It seems to only happen with the basic products and they seem to be booked correctly after a basic refresh. It didn't use to happen when I only had one trade. I have four now and make produce at the same time, however I have not tried any variations and can not say for sure this is the only factor.
Best of luck in getting to the bottom of this. While it's not a significant problem I'll sure be glad to see this glitch gone.

I was just thinking about your comment dear Teddy that "although if this would be the only factor, I assume a lot more players would notice it" that zillions of people logged into baha and used the temple each day and only some of us had problems with the temple until the bug was fixed...
Idk what the factor is... all I know is now I'm scared to do more than one craft at a time cause like I mentioned for me 30 sugar is too much to gamble on.

It would be nice if you could check my crafting logs from a couple days ago and see if I did make a total of 2 traditional chutneys this week. I know I made one cause I used it to make my first CAC The other one is still gone and I know I didn't accidently make it into tomato chutney cause I don't have one of those either.

You are not losing anything, so I am not sure where the 'scare' comes from. All the ingredients and the products crafted are safe and sound, as proved in the other similar cases.

You have made 2 CACs this week, not one, both processes being successful.

You have not used any since then, and they are both correctly added to your inventory.

The thread will be closed once it is clarified for you (sort of - forwarded to the Game Team, which has already been done), because as you know by now, the questions sections are not an invitation for everyone to hijack threads - we stick to one player - one issue / thread, I am sorry, and this is not something that will change.

The most important thing to remember though is that you are not losing anything, eventually refresh, as bwraven kindly pointed out, to see that the crafting products are correctly added to your account.

Thanks for clearing this up for me. I was wondering where the extra sugar went and now I know. I need to pay way way more attention... I had no idea whatsoever that I had been able to make two CAC's. Thanks again for all your help and sorry I've been so confused by the system.
