Basil Chromatics - Strategy Thread

I'm in on this one. Decided not to bother with the other event after all.

 

I have lots of drops and ive only been planting all the event crops so I didn't think the drop rate was to bad this time good luck to you and I hope you achieve everything you are trying to achieve ive got all the steps done in 1 thru 3 and the first step done on 4 im not really going for the CR but I would like to finish the rest of it im wondering how far others are and if im where I should be at this time ive got the first 3 dispensers

 

Same with me..There was no need to plant long timed crops for drops..got lots of drops from event crops only..even after finishing the Event I have around 230 drops left....CR up and running

I've completed steps 1-3 and have not long put out and planted the 2nd gen crops. Drops have been a breeze. If I'd realised they were going to be this easy to get, I would've just kept planting event crops to get them done quicker but hey ho, we're so used to having to plant long timed crops to help with drops!! Although the CR isn't exactly amazing, I'd still like to complete the event in full.

 

Finished 1-4 and have enough drops to finish the event.
Only growing event crops (with hay, oats, corn or carrots as fillers), but I did start with 3 fields of carnations.
I'm going for the CR... mostly to have some place to put the givers. It is extra EP and TEP, so that's a bonus.
Pretty sure step 6 will get done before end of event. Still 66 hours to go. Good luck everyone, this is a nice Drop Rat.

 

Both my farms are in the home stretch - plenty of drops and growing the white basil to get the cloud row and then whatever bonus goodies I can reap from the last step (6).

Update: CRs up and running on both farms. Yay!

I probably missing that Tiki tree cause till now i JUST realize there are have that AWESOME REWARDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Finished event on all three farms before going to bed on day 5 just like I projected. Easy event for me.
I did miss one harvest completely because of RL and forgetting to set a timer. No biggie except for the imaginary manure I spend imaginary coins on... lol

that Gift&Trade event lol just a storehouse clean's day for me wat i send out is no return so far.
good thing is i don't really expect it sent back
