Bat Breeding

Frustrated!!!
I just reached level 21 and now have the ability to breed. I immediately get a
pop up for a fantastic one time offer to breed rare animals (Pigs and Bats,) yahoo I'm on it.

But I can't breed bats... I have to unlock it at the full moon? when I look that up I need
7,000 specialty plants that can normally be grown only one day a month which means I'm looking at 2 or 3 months before I can possibly use my "fantastic one time offer."
That's INSANE! Why would you even offer this? Am I missing something here?

As you have reached level 21 and now are able to breed animals as shown in the Coloured Animals FAQ. You must have seen the pop up to introduce you to breeding and offer you a special package on breeding animals. We will bring this to the attention of the Game Team.

Once you have unlocked the Bat Breeding from Jack's shop, you can breed Bats any time you please. The Bat FAQ will list the required Moonlight Mania crops needed to unlock it. We have another addition of MM on the 4th November as announced in the Monthly Preview Calender.

No, I did not get to see the pop up on breeding as the NEWS pop up came up at the same time and froze the screen.
I did try to find info on Breeding, I searched everywhere including the forum but nothing comes up in the forum.

Seriously, HOW am I supposed to know that I should have looked for 'Coloured Animals FAQ' instead of what it is... Breeding FAQ!
(and to know that to locate it I would have to use the European spelling of "COLORED" on the US site???

As for further assistance, yes you could answer my original question... why are you offering a breeding package (sorry, coloured animal package) that's not useable?? You telling me where the info is ----after the fact---- is not really helpful!

 

If you go to the Game FAQ's, you can enter a search and all related topics will come up. You can enter "colored" or "coloured", you will still see results. This forum covers all English speaking countries.

As mentioned in previous post, have sent this information on to the Game Team, As as you now can breed animals, it would just be a special offer to help you get started with breeding. As you stated your game froze, you may not have gotten to read all information on them.

It is a good idea to become familiar with the Farmerama Basics FAQ to see what features are unlocked at each level, then you can further your search results in the Game FAQ section.

LOL I still don't have any assistance!!!!!
I've checked all the links that you gave me and what I've found is that being a member for the 7-10 days that I've been here and reaching level 21 that it's 100% IMPOSSIBLE to have already unlocked Bat Breeding!

With all due respect, it may have been more assistance if you just came right out with the truth and said.... "You're right, it's too soon in the game for you to have been offered a real money Bat Package, I'll report it to the Game Team."

INSTEAD you sugar coat everything and make it seem like it was MY fault for not reading through the (very difficult to navigate) forum first. That's not helpful, that's not assistance, that's 100 times more frustrating.

Yes it is far easier to level up than when the game started, that is why it is most useful to read the FAQ's or ask for other player's feedback in User's Corner. If you have signed up for the Mentoring System, you could also ask your mentor for advice.
