Bavarian Songs Cloud Row Issue

    Hi,

    I purchased this cloud row - thinking it was complete with the individual items.

    I went to populate the row, only to find the software had kicked me back to the screen to purchase individual items. . . so thinking I misunderstood, I purchased the items.

    So . . .now I am stuck with 2 of each item and a cloud row I cannot populate.


    I do not want 2 of each item, and would not have purchased them if the row had properly populated in the first place.

    Two issues for resolution:

    1. I need the cloud row debugged so it will accept the giver items
    2. I want to return the duplicate items - this was not my fault - the system failed.
