BB Buying Problems

    I have 2 PC'S, I play on both (not at the same time). I cannot buy BB's on either like I used to.
    It happened last week on both, clear the cache and temporary files, finally I was able to buy BB.

    Now today same thing, but after clearing and deleting I still can't buy. Then I side the bar for buying BB's and don't get the 10% bonus of BB for using my same credit card. I'm missing 75 BB, please credit me. Thanks.
