    Hi, have just purchased BB's about 10 mins ago but they have not been added and also 100% Mega EP bonus icon is missing. Please can you check if this is a bug

    Hi, sorry to jump in on someone else's post but I'm having the same problem. Looks like several people are. Rec'd confirmation money deducted from PayPal acct, but no email from Bigpoint, and no BBs or 100% EP. I have also logged in and out several times.

    P.S. Finally managed to file a ticket through support at the bank, but it took 3 tries, as form kept clearing and I had to re-start. Hope it's sorted soon.
