Beaver Dam Dissapeared

Hi,

I had a beaver dam in the Magical glade. So, decided to relocate it , it's no longer in my inventory nor its in Magical Glade.
It was also strange that EP from it was only ONE , yes 1 EP
I also Have Monkey playground that yields ONLY one EP as well.

Mind you, I came back to game after a few years break, and maybe I'm forgetting or don't remember few things.

So to those who going to answer the post the questions are:

1. Why Monkey playground yields only ONE EP
2. Why Beaver dam was only 1 EP as well.
3. What happened to the dam I can not find in the inventory.

You have a beaver pen currently located on you main farm and 3x beaver sawmills in the meadow

unfortunately we are unable to tell how many EP you got from your pens individually, I would suugest that you take a screenshot before you harvest the pen and after and report back with this. We can the pass this on to the game team to investigate further.

I cannot find any previous accounts of a beaver dam, that may be due to your long absence.
The problem with the Sawmill on main field and the monkey pen, are that they are both older versions, both pens have been updated with new pens (the other sawmills on your meadow are the new version). Again this may not have been synced in the Game due to your absence.

I have passed this further up the Team and am waiting for further info.

It appears way too much trouble at this point.
Apparently, I can buy a new beaver dam for a few CC, it's pretty cheap anyway; Didn't realize it was sold for CC.
However, the whole idea was about errors, to bring it to whomever attention it might need to be brought.
I may buy another Monkey playground to see what the hell is wrong with the one earning one TEP, but I'll wait till you further answer to do so. So I don't mess up the investigating team.

 

Not to be a buttinsky, but I think if Natasha77, deletes the 1 EP from the field, they will convert to the new and earn the new EP.

 

On the same note of items disappearance.
I am missing Orange sheds of: chicken, duck, goat and rabbit.
You can check that I had completed the Farmers' Society quest Noah's Ark up to a step 5 turkey.
I'm sure you can also check that I don't have any of these orange upgrades to my coop/hutch/pen/shelter.
If you can't check that I can and will provide screenshots of completed quests and absence of aforementioned buildings.
I would like the items appear back...

baw815 will do that after I get a response from the TEAM or monkey delivers a next baby, whichever is faster I suppose.

As I mentioned before I came back from a long break, and re-learning the game and everyday I see something missing or strange.

You completed those stages of the Noah's Ark quest in February 2011, long before the Classic Stables were replaced with Orange upgrades when those animals became Breeding animals. Any further stages you complete now, will reward you with an Orange upgrade.

You will need to contact Support so they can replace the outdated monkey pen and beaver sawmill with the new versions.
