being kicked off

Hi, is there something wrong with my account?

I'm being kicked off - logged out of the game- several times during the last hours - 3 times within the last 3 minutes.

Could you please check up on that for me?

There doesn't seem to be an issue with the game, but I have cleared your server cache to see if this helps. Please log out of the game and log back in. If it continues, please let us know.

But it does continue. I wrote the time for "kick of" down - don't know if that matters

That is not ok. Is your internet connection stable? If yes, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and most important, your Flash cache. Also, please make sure that your Flash player is up to date. The kick out time does not really matter - but it looks like it happens way too often! Restarting your modem could be good as well (not resetting it, just turning it off and then back on after a few seconds).

Is it getting any better?
