Sorry you are still having this issue, we have no further news from the Game Team at this time. Can you try the usual troubleshooting steps like clearing cache etc. to see if that helps.

I am not sure what else we could recommend you, this should surely not happen - the account is not the problem for sure. Do you happen to have another farm as well, or just this one? Do you have by any chance the option to try accessing your account from a different computer as well?

The problem doesn't seem to be your account, but it's not the game/server/database either, there seem to be a few isolated cases reported - if players would need to refresh every few seconds, we would be swamped in complaints.

Teddy there are MORE than four people with this problem ...if you read my FIRST Threads for it then you would see that people with the same problem where coming into my thread... saying they had it and knew other people with it ..in fact it was closed because of hijacking

I have read your first threads, and I am aware of the other players experiencing this - that is exactly what I meant: there are a few isolated cases (even if there would be 10 affected players - but we do not have so many reports), out of millions of players...

The tablet is not be the best device for comparing the results since the game is not designed and built to be played on a tablet - it does work through some browsers, but it is definitely not working at the speed and performance you can run it on a computer.

We will sure keep the thread open and we are looking forward to your news.

Have tried it on my sisters Farm and it still happens
So what you are saying is for ten people ...you aren't going to solve this problem for us?
So We have to suffer this until more people get this problem ...which quite possibly will ... before it will be resolved

Teddy this problem needs addressing ...it's impossible to do an event with
and now i cannot use the mill without refreshing
How many more things am i going to find i have to keep refreshing?
...maybe you can tell me ?

 

I just got tuck on my main field too. It wouldn't let me move on to another field without refreshing.

Please be so kind and do not twist my words like that, and I do not appreciate your tone, I am sorry I am not saying under any circumstances. First of all, let me remind you that we are volunteers, players just like you and everyone else, who spend their time, as much as RL allows it, trying to help the other players - we do this because we want to. We cannot fix problems, we cannot make decisions, we can only assist you and report issues to the Game Team, as well as communicate information we receive from them. What I meant to say is that if (random number) 10 players out of millions are experiencing an issue, it is most likely not the game that has a general problem, but something on the user's end is causing problems.

As for your other thread, posted in the strategy section, I have deleted it because it does not belong there and there is no need for it. Players can contact us or support for problems experienced, without such a big shout out - you should know more than anyone else that playing under these conditions would trigger the alarm signal and anyone would report it as soon as possible.

Thank you ..twinkle.. for letting us know - it would be great if you could give us a lot more details: what troubleshooting steps have you taken exactly, the Flash version and browser version you are using, the operating system, when does this occur, when did it start, how often does it happen, if it happens on all your accounts, etc.

Teddy am so sorry....i wasn't taking my frustration out on you .. the mods do a great job in the game ... i was aiming my frustration at farmerama in this thread

Have had this problem since the 26th of December 2015 and after that amount of time it becomes extremely frustrating and hard doing events like it

All that we have been asked to do like cleaning our caches... turning off animations and putting flash player on unlimited storage etc hasn't solved it....

It is something more than this ...that we probably cannot solve for ourselves

There are more people playing this game that have this problem and have probably read the thread and not doing anything about it...hoping it will be solved

And Thank you for deleting my thread ...i tried to do it ...but wasn't able to for some reason ...wasn't until i had pressed the button that i realised where i had put it

I love my farm Teddy i love the events and the fun people ... i don't want to leave ...but don't know how much more i can play this game like this

We understand your frustration. Could you try uninstalling this Flash player and installing an older version, as this one seems to be causing you all this trouble?

Hello everyone. I hope I'm not butting in but I was having the same issue big time a while back but also had noticed my mouse was a bit touchy. I bought a new mouse & all has been fine ever since. They're not expensive so may be worth a try?

Nellie_Noodles, are you by any chance using a wireless mouse? Would you be able to try with the touchpad on a laptop, or a different mouse, preferably a wired one, if on PC?

No Teddy my mouse is wired to my computer ...do not like wireless ones...i would forget to buy batteries and wouldn't be able to use my computer..wired is much better for me ...because I live in a small village ...and only get to go into the nearest town once a week

Even bought a new mouse last week to see if that was the problem and it's still the same

Teddy if i unistall this flash player ...wont windows update install it again ?
AND i thought this last update for flash player was for security purposes ?

Sorry to hear about the mouse - we're crossing that off the list as well.

If you disable the auto-updates for Flash, it will not be automatically updated to the latest version. Installing an old stable Flash version will not put your computer to risk, you can try not the previous version but an older one from months ago, for example, one from November, which was before you had all this problems.

Have uninstalled Flash player ...20.0.0.286 and installed 20.0.0.306...which is probably around the date that i didn't have this problem and SO far seems to be ok.... i haven't had to refresh the page
Have never liked Flash player ...i like it even less now
Hopefully i won't be back

That's the best news I could get today *whew* ! Thank you for letting us know - you are most welcome, and thank you for your patience while dealing with all this. I would suggest you to keep this version and turn off the Flash updates, and do not update for a version or two until we are sure this problem won't return with newer versions .

I will leave the thread open, just in case, but hopefully you will only let us know after a while that it is working well !
