Bigpoint Not loading

I tried to log into my 2nd farm at Bigpoint.com and was not able to get to the website. I received an error message something about too may redirects. I closed out and tried again, and received the same message.
The www.bigpoint.com page isn’t working

www.bigpoint.com redirected you too many times.

I cleared my cookies and I tried again. I received the same error message.

Bad time to have a glitch.

Yes, that takes me to the login site for my 1st farm. When I attempt to login there with my 2nd farm login info, it tells me:

• No account with this username/password combination was found.

 

What is the usual login page for the 2nd account? Do you normally login through BigPoint directly for these accounts?

Are you trying to login through Facebook or Bigpoint login when on the landing page?
Are you able to access your farm using the "Play now" tabs at the side of the page shown below:

I an not trying to log in through facebook. I go directly to bigpoint.com. When I click on the play now, it takes me to https://www.farmerama.com/ When I attempt to login with my login info for my 2nd farm it says:

• No account with this username/password combination was found.

So I am still unable to log in. I don't know if you can assist further. All I know is I am being told:

The www.bigpoint.com page isn’t working
www.bigpoint.com redirected you too many times.

I cannot understand why it would let you login with only one of your accounts and not the other I will forward this to the Game team to see if they can offer a solution. I will update when I have any news. Please update if you manage to login successfully in the mean time.

If you tell me how to do a screen shot, I will post both screens in my reply. I log in for each farm from a different landing point. I originally had my 1st farm through AOL. AOL stopped supporting farmerama and I lost access. At which point, I located and created a 2nd farm, directly at bigpoint and login from here: http://www.bigpoint.com/. Ultimately I was able to gain access again to my 1st farm with the assistance of the tech support team, and I login from here: https://www.farmerama.com

~edit~ can you try to see if you are able to login now through the BigPoint portal.

 

I tried loging in until 11:00 p.m. yesterday evening without success. I was able to log into the farm through Bigpoint this a.m. 7:00 a.m. EDT.

Clearly there was a problem on Bigpoint's end. I know its not you fault, but I lost 13 hours of farm time. I had 5 hour crops in with the idea to harvest around 6:00 - 8 p.m. on 4/3/17. The plan being to plant roses over night for drops. Feel confident that I would have finished current event with that strategy. I Think I will be short on drops and unable to finish now. I feel I wasted a lot of resources to be sure I finished and now cannot.
