Bigpoint portal issue

    Hi, is there any news on the Bigpoint portal issue where it says there are no games linked to the account?

    How long did it take to fix the last time this happened?

    Hello Whisperwind :(

    I have just checked my account and I can confirm the issue has not been fixed. The last time this happened, it was fixed the next day - truth is, it never took more than 2 days to fix it :( This time it seems to be more complicated and complex - other languages seem to be working fine, apart from the English one, which only appears to be working on phones, but that doesn't really help since it's almost (if not totally) impossible to play the games on a phone.

    I have requested an update yesterday morning first thing, and I've been told the internal report has all the details needed, and it's being worked on :( .

    Good news - the portal seems to be back to normal and stable, so you will be able to access your main account again without problems.
