    I tried to purchase the Season Pass today with a Visa debit card which I have used to purchase the previous season pass (with no problem)

    The system kept giving an error and I was unable to purchase the season pass.

    When I checked the debit card two amounts of 6,12 Turkish Lira ($1.05) had been taken from the card, but I was unable to purchase the season pass.

    I submitted a ticket to Bigpoint Support Center and this came back as closed and no such purchase information.

    I submitted a new ticket and the same result came back.

    Bigpoint has taken $2.10 and I am unable to purchase the season pass.

    The support ticket system does not allow me to explain what has happened.

    I attached a file of the debit card transactions.

    What can I do to resume this problem?

    Thank you - I have tried to contact twice through support as you show, but due to the limitations of the system I am not able to explain. I have submitted 2 tickets and support was unable to help. The tickets were just closed.

    I have checked your payment logs and you have only purchased 1 x Season Pass this month which is currently running:

    2019-12-16 13:08:03+season package-dec 2019
    2019-10-25 09:07:17+season package-oct 2019

    You may need to contact your Bank if they have double charged you for the purchase.
