as long as I can log into game! Good luck everyone and I hope we can have some fun...It is a Birthday party after all!

 

I dunno how far I'm going to be able to get...but I'm giving it a whirl. Thanks, Yusufca, for starting the thread and crunching the numbers.

I am hoping (as I am sure we all are) that the FAQ is correct this time in that there is a chance to get some drops from breedings. Looks like the Baby Boom that is currently running will end several hours after the start of this event. So I plan to fill the breeding house before I go to bed and harvest it before the Baby Boom ends and after this event has started to get a leg up on drops.

Edited to add: Additionally, if we need 486 cakes per milled party cracker and can only plant on the main field, we're going to have to clear the main field. Assuming a reaping of 3 event plants per harvest (not four because you have to have one to replant), you'll need 162 single (1x1) plots down to get one cracker per harvest. Of course, that's once you have enough event crop to fill the field.

 

Going to aim for the BB rewards. Anything else will be a bonus. Not going to kill myself over the event though. Thanks Yusufca for the info.

Thank you @yusufça! I in my infinite wisdom did not look at the forum prior to resetting my fields this morning. I've got all the wrong stuff in all the wrong places. No great drop set up to start off then event for me I'm afraid. My one hope is the trees I have stuffed in and around my animal pens. I might have to do some breeding just to break even.

I will do what I can and hope for some help from the Wheel and the drop fairies. Of course, it would have been better if I had not logged in this morning only to find that I had somehow left my Main field empty!!!

Sooo glad I'm an SG hoarder! Won the 200% harvest bonus on the wheel first thing this morning, so am going to maximize my 12 hours and get as many crops done as possible. If I can get most of the crops done today, then I can concentrate solely on drops while growing long term crops I'm low on. And I have tons of FSQs to replenish my SG stock. And since I never know when my husband will decide we need to go on an all day safari to town or the farm, and without the ability to harvest via android any more (bad BP, bad BP! ), the sooner I can finish the crop portion the better. Hope everyone's gotten off to a rousing start!

I'm a little surprised, usually BP gives us a birthday gift each birthday, but nothing this year.

 

Maybe the gift is coming later on this month? We'll see.

The wheels were stingy this morning on my farms, and I spent real $ on green goo and propellers to replenish this farm. Not sure it was worth it, but don't think I can do the event(s) without it. Gotta make it count and last.

So I'm off and running...breed while we can - about an hour left at this point - gonna see if I can get in one more round on each of the 3 farms. I figure the Farm Coins are just gravy - it's all about those drops!

You guys have no problems with the game? I can't be bothered to play events with the amount of bugs and problems facing here.

 

I didn't have to even reboot during my first harvest today and I reconfigured most of my farm as well.

 

I can't get into the game with Firefox, but Opera is working pretty well - I have to reload several times a day, but that's not a deal breaker. Maybe change your browser - it could help.

 

I've got an email for this farm, but not my second one. I wonder if they are progressively sending them out?

 

It all depends if you have registered an email with both farms. I get two emails at the same time but the third farm doesn't get one even though I am sure I registered the same email with that one too.

I can't seem to get my code to work. I used to be able to copy and paste but that doesn't work and when I put it in (painstakingly!) the code is not recognised! I will try it in Client ...

My error, due to having to type the full code in, I didn't notice that I had typed something on the end of it! Now I have exceeded the number of attempts so I have two wait two hours before trying again! ROFL!
