Birthday crate of goods

I cannot locate the crate of goods that is awarded from the Hugh Birthday (or whatever the largest birthday item was.)

Can you please look to see what, if anything, I received.

My farm ID is: 52942575

Any help will be appreciated.

You did not complete several steps of the steps in the Mall and therefore did not collect one of the Birthday upgrades. Only the "Best" Birthday Bash rewards the Crate O' 2016 Goods.

That is true for my farm with ID:52354578. I edited my post to add that I had given the wrong farm ID and then posted the correct farm ID. I guess you read my post before the correction.

However, I did complete all steps and received "Best" Birthday Bash for farm ID: 52942575. That is the one that I am not seeing, or cannot find the crate award. I have already posted in player suggestions, that the item awarded should either show in the log or have an exclamation point on it in the inventory. If you are not using the harvester, there is no log or other way that I am aware of to see what was awarded, as only the points show in the log.

You have 8 x Crate O' 2016 Goods in your decorative inventory under the "consumables" tab.

I see them now. Is this where I will always find what ever the crate produces?

 

Yes, all items/cloud rows that reward "crates" will be found in the consumable inventory.
