    Is the Loyalty giver news layer still active for you? It appears from your logs that is still is.

    Have you clicked on the Let's go! button from the bottom of this news window? Please note that it's not the Birthday event news layer, but a different one, referring to the loyalty givers. Please let us know what happens when you click on this button.

    Did it work? Can we assist you further?
